WHAT IS BLUE CLUB?

Biotherm's BLUE CLUB is a rewards program that allows you to earn points, redeem rewards, receive member exclusive promotions, and birthday surprises and the latest beauty news. The program is free to join and is available in-store and online in Thailand.

For online shopping via Biotherm.co.th, customers need to register in normal way (not via Facebook Account)

HOW TO CALCULATE BLUE CLUB POINT?

Every 1 THB spent = 1 point
Customers can collect their Blue Club point until second week of December in each year

HOW CAN I COLLECT BLUE CLUB POINT?

You can collect point when purchase both at Biotherm Counter and at Biotherm.co.th. If you purchase at Biotherm.co.th, the point will be added and calculated on the next 2 days after the date of completed purchase and transaction.
For existing Blue Club member, your account information (Full Name, Telephone, and email) needs to be the same as you registered in Blue Club account.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY BLUE CLUB POINT?

You can redeem your Blue Club point at Biotherm Counter (see Store Locator) by yourself with our staffs.
Once your redemption is requested, it cannot be changed or canceled. It takes 8-16 weeks for operating.
You can redeem your point via Biotherm.co.th until 29 December of each year and redeem your point at Biotherm counter in department store until 31 December of each year

WHEN WILL MY BLUE CLUB POINT EXPIRE?

Your Blue Club point will expired every 31th December (of each year that you collect the point), which cannot transfer your point to other members.

DOES MY BLUE CLUB MEMBER HAVE EXPIRATION DATE?

The Blue Club membership is never expired, to thank you for your trust in Biotherm.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE AT BIOTHERM?

The company will not store any credit card information on our servers. At Biotherm, we use systems set in place by banks that have the security protocols set in place to handle safe credit card transactions.

Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems continue to persist, please contact Customer Service who will notify the IT department of technical difficulties.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items are shipped within 24 hours after the purchase is made and most of the time even sooner (working days only). All Biotherm deliveries are sent via Premium Courier. The deliveries are made between 9am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 12 noon on Saturday.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We ship via our own delivery fleet and several other premium carriers. If you order by 4 pm on a business day, you will receive it in 2-3 business days. We do not yet guarantee overnight shipping, although many areas of the country will receive their orders the next day*.
* For Sangkhlaburi district, islands and provinces including Pattani, Yala, Naradhiwas, Mae Hong Son and Chiang Rai, delivery may take 1-2 days longer due to difficult routes. We’ll try our best to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.

ORDER TRACKING UPDATE

Once you order Biotherm product successfully, you will receive an order number. You can check your order by either go to Track your order (link to Trackyourorder page) or sign in to check your Order Status in My orders (link to my order).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier using this information.

ANY DELIVERY FEE FOR EACH SHIPMENT?

WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN MY ORDER IS BEING DELIVERED?

In the process of delivering the product to you, our driver will contact you on the number provided to ensure that you are at the address that you have given to us. If you are not home at the time, do inform someone else in your household to be aware of our delivery so they can sign for the product on your behalf. If we are still unable to deliver the product to you despite our best efforts, the money paid for the product will be returned to you, but not the shipping fee (For more detail please check our “refund policy”). Undeliverable orders will not be resent and you must place a new order.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THAILAND?

Sorry, we currently do not ship outside of Thailand.

WHY IS MY SHIPMENT DELEYED?

You must order by 4 p.m. for 1-2-day shipping policy to apply. We try our best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible, however, there are some situations beyond our control that can delay your shipment.
The following orders may result in delayed shipping:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incorrect Mobile Phone number
- Unable to reach you at provided contact number
- Being absent after courier made an appointment
- Shipping address does not match billing address
- Payment delay or issue
- Courier failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
BIOTHERM CARE

WHAT IS A LIFESPAN OF MOST SKIN CARE PRODUCTS

Generally, a sealed product has a lifespan of 3 years in normal room temperature (without exposure to heat, cold and light). This is a result of Stability test performed in a lab. This test is carried out with manufacturing samples that were random from both finished goods and bulk with the following steps.
- Accelerated Laboratories Studies is carried out by acceleration of oxidation to find out chemical and physical reaction of the product. In the accelerated environment, samples are collected from accelerated environment in order to find out the factors that predict the lifespan of a product. In practice, the test is carried out in one temperature environment at 45°C, 75% humidity and samples are collected at 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 months. If the quality of the product meets the standard on the 4th month, it is possible to temporarily determine the lifespan. Laboratory test in 3 or 4 varied temperatures is also acceptable for collecting samples for chemical and physical test, most results yielded 3 year or more of lifespan therefore the credible lifespan is 3 years.
- Long Term Studies is a test that is designed to reassure the quality of products during shelf life. The samples are collected in the environment as identified on the label at 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months and yearly for 3 years.
There are factors of humidity and contamination after opening the products, therefore microscopic tests are required at different conditions depending on type and quantity of preservatives. Generally preservatives in skin care preserve the products for no longer than 1 year after opening.
